Solid Shutters
As Living Plantation Shutters are custom made, they offer an ideal solution for unusual shaped windows and we can usually offer a solution for any situation. All shutters come with a three year warranty and are fitted by our own experienced fitting team. All shutters are made to the highest standard with mortice & tennon joints for extra strength and stability. Our simple price structure includes choice of louvre size, position of tilt rods and panel configuration. Additions include custom matching colours from Farrow & Ball, Dulux and Fired Earth to perfectly match your home's interior, hidden tilt rods and perfect tilt motors. Our clean look frames allow installation inside or outside the window recess and allow you to benefit from even less light filtration.
Solid Panel Shutters are commonly found in period properties and were mostly made from Pine or Cedar wood. Living Plantation Shutters offer two styles of solid shutters: simple Shaker style or Raised. In addition, we are able to provide shutters that combine a solid base with top louvres - a great choice for French windows with solid bases. In addition to looking elegant, solid shutters are also very effective at reducing outside noise levels and will give your home a very secure appearance.
